Indirect Tax Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Analyst to support our client's indirect compliance and account process across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and file indirect tax returns, submit refund claims, perform account reconciliations, carry out data validation, and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Work with external service providers as required to meet indirect tax compliance obligations.
  • Ensure accurate completion of templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and support on indirect tax-related matters to Legal, Finance, and the wider business.
  • Assist the EMEA and Global Tax Teams with tax projects such as tax system implementation/automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support tax audits/enquiries as they arise.
  • Maintain process documentation, compliance trackers, and supplier management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years' Indirect Tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
  • ERP experience, ideally Oracle/SAP.
  • Data analytics tools/tax software is an advantage.
