Healthcare Training Instructor Role

This position involves delivering high-quality training courses to students in a virtual and in-person setting. As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to different learning styles.

Your primary goal will be to help learners understand the fundamentals of caring and develop their practical skills to become competent healthcare support workers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training content aligned with current training plans and validation guidelines
  • Proactively implement quality assurance procedures throughout the delivery of training, instruction, and assessment of learners
  • Use technology effectively to create and share resources with learners
  • Support learners in accessing and navigating learning management systems
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners to aid in their growth and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer or higher qualification
  • Certificate in Manual Handling & Patient Moving Handling Instruction
  • Able to travel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
