People Generalist Role Overview:
\This role is for an experienced professional who will lead internal staff communications and manage the calendar to ensure clear and consistent messages across all channels.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction, ideally within regulated environments. They will also be able to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
\In this hybrid role, 2 days will be spent onsite in Dublin city centre and 3 days working from home. The position involves creating and running initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition, using feedback and data to make improvements and track results.
\Promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by helping to develop and embed inclusive practices across teams is another key aspect of the role. Additionally, the person in this position will provide support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, and work alongside hiring managers and the People Team to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
\A qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR. CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.
\Key responsibilities include leading internal staff communications, managing the calendar, creating and running initiatives to improve employee engagement and wellbeing, promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, providing support to managers and employees, and working alongside hiring managers and the People Team.
\The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
