About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Build Team Member to support our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity for our healthcare operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data migration expert who understands the intersections of data migration operations and health IT systems. As a Data Migration Build Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering the Data Migration workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation within our organization. This involves executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.

You will collaborate with other workstream members to ensure alignment with Data Migration operations and programme goals. Additionally, you will contribute to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes to support a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Migration Workstream Lead in delivering the Data Migration workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation.
  • Assist in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate with other workstream members to ensure alignment with Data Migration operations and programme goals.
  • Contribute to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2 years in a data migration or data integration leadership role.
  • Proven experience with EHR system data migration, preferably including clinical and patient data.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and clinical coding systems.
  • Good project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
