Delivering Affordable Housing on a Large Scale

  • This role offers the opportunity to lead and drive large-scale transformative residential development projects.

We are looking for a solutions-focused professional with a breadth of knowledge and experience across the development lifecycle, who can oversee commercial viability and ensure schemes advanced align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of assigned projects across the development lifecycle ensuring agreed objectives are met.
  • Oversee commercial viability and ensure schemes advance in line with organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Conduct initial site feasibility studies identifying opportunities and constraints.
  • Develop and implement development strategies leading optioneering analysis and recommending optimum delivery approach.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in property development and hold a recognized degree level qualification in construction or development sector.
