
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers provide all necessary logistical and administrative data.
To achieve success in this position, you should have excellent administrative skills, knowledge of supplier relations, and a proven ability to pursue account settlements. Additionally, you must be able to prioritize tasks in an agile environment and work collaboratively with internal teams.
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be working closely with the SCM team and 3rd party logistics partner to ensure that all logistics requirements are met. This includes auditing against supplier requirements, capturing non-conforming materials/receipts/costs, and pursuing financial penalties for logistics and quality non-compliance costs.
Your responsibilities will also include managing formal claim letters to accompany supplier engagement and pursuit of reimbursement. You will need to communicate effectively with suppliers on commercial topics and work with the Finance team to secure penalties from suppliers.
