Staff Capital Projects Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in engineering leadership, technical project management, and process improvement. As a Staff Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, evaluating process layouts, and developing specifications for new equipment purchases.

  • Lead the introduction of new capital equipment and oversee qualification and validation activities - VP, IQ, OQ, PQ.
  • Develop and implement appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Transferring and implementing processes from development or another manufacturing facility.

As a Staff Project Engineer, you will have the autonomy to drive innovation and growth within our organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve business objectives.

  • Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience required.
  • Proven Project Engineering skills through delivery of business-critical projects.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with both internal and external agents.
