Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting internal quality system audits, investigating customer complaints, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the release of finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a culture of quality within our organization by conducting regular internal quality system audits.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a system for managing and resolving issues and incidents identified during audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adhere to testing schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze results and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our quality metrics.
  • Participate in daily kaizen meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Update documentation to reflect changes in procedures and policies.
  • Manage action plans based on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Investigate site non-conformity reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
