We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products.
This is achieved through thorough testing and analysis of various aspects, including physical, chemical, microbiological, functional, and sensory properties.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in food/dairy laboratory testing, knowledge of Quality Management Systems, and an excellent understanding of Good Laboratory Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Analysing raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples
- Testing product properties such as physical, chemical, microbiological, functional, sensory
- Conducting proficiency testing within the scope of lab accreditations
- Recording data generated in SAP and other systems
- Fulfilling all requirements outlined in Kerry Policy – Safety First, Quality Always
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
- Previous experience in food/dairy laboratory testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Excellent understanding of Good Laboratory Practice
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Knowledge in LIMS, SAP system advantageous
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing demands
