Job Summary
">The Senior Technical Advisor provides technical support and expertise in Building Physics, Fire, Acoustics, and Energy Efficiency.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Consult with Architects on building design solutions to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet the required guidelines and standards.
- Develop and deliver presentations to specifiers and customers to promote product ranges effectively.
- Utilize industry tools for thermal modeling, WUFI/Hygrothermal analysis, and other tasks to drive business growth.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Safety, Building Regulations, and other directives to minimize risk.
- Share best practices within the industry through an internal and external network to foster collaboration.
- BUILD OPEN AND ENGAGING COLLABORATIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY TO DRIVE BUSINESS SUCCESS.
- Manage projects and log maintenance requests efficiently.">
Essential Qualifications:
">- Relevant construction professional qualification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Strong ICT skills (Microsoft Office) and AutoCAD to streamline work processes.
- Desirable: Revit experience to improve design capabilities.
Specific Work Experience:
">- Demonstrable strong technical experience in the construction industry to provide expert advice.
- Minimum 5 years technical support experience in the b2b sector to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates will cultivate customer intimacy, maintain high standards of customer service, and promote full product ranges effectively to drive business growth.
