Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Laundry Division, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough service repairs on equipment, ensuring high-quality results, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to technical requirements.
  • To provide expert technical support to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve objectives.
  • To effectively manage and develop new and existing client relationships, fostering strong partnerships.
  • To achieve sales targets for designated accounts, promoting additional services and showcasing knowledge of equipment and servicing needs.
  • To offer comprehensive technical support to meet business goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and fulfill objectives.
  • To support the acquisition of new accounts and deliver effective training to customers and colleagues.
  • To monitor and enhance commercial performance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account summaries.
  • To submit punctual reports for all visits using approved document templates.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Able to travel throughout Ireland with overnight stays as required.
  • Experience in the commercial laundry industry or knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements.
  • A background in Mechanical engineering is desirable, with working Electrical knowledge.
  • A proven ability to manage, develop, and achieve progressive sales targets for your accounts.
