Plant Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant QA Senior Associate to drive quality excellence in our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and promoting a safe working environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Provide real-time quality oversight and support for manufacturing on the floor.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review and approve batch records, deviations, and production documentation.
- Develop and review standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Strong attention to detail and risk-based decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational excellence experience.
