What We Need from You
We are looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and open to learning and developing themselves and others.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for your customers and team, delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience, and developing key relationships using in-store tools.
Additionally, you will help develop the best team by supporting the creation of a high-performing team where every person feels valued and part of a sense of belonging.
