As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, payments, and general ledger entries
  • Manage daily transactions, set up new client ledgers, and generate payment runs
  • Prepare and issue client billing, reconcile creditor statements, and arrange supplier payments
  • Complete bank reconciliations for all accounts and prepare monthly reports
  • Process payroll and related submissions, respond to finance queries, and perform investigative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in accounting or professional services finance is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent MS Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Familiarity with ROS, VAT, and payroll processes is desirable
