Duty Manager Opportunity in Dublin, Ireland: A leadership role at a leading hotel seeks a skilled Duty Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a busy hotel with 300 rooms or more. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality of service, staff training, and health, safety & security.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through internal and external customer care
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the hotel, including fire, health and safety procedures
  • Lead staff training and development programs
