Nurse Leader in Renal Dialysis

The role of the Renal Dialysis Nurse Manager is to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of renal dialysis nurses to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to patient care and staff management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Candidates must possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policy, legislation, and best practice guidelines.
