Team Leader Role

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of 15-20 Analysts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting innovation, exceeding performance and quality goals, and supporting employee success through relationship building and motivation.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing performance management, ensuring operational metrics are met, and executing on management tasks such as leading staff meetings, conducting one-on-ones, hiring, training, and development of employee performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in people management with a proven track record in supervising frontline employees in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data reporting.
  • PREFERRED qualifications include contact centre management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics, influencing skills, ability to work with business partners, prioritise coaching needs, develop mentoring plans, lead a standard for high-quality work, strong communication skills, and proven ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation.
