Job Overview

The Senior Team Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing a team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to clients in accordance with organisational standards and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work as part of a team with regular and consistent communication.
  • Support and develop the team, ensure regular Process, Supervision and Performance Management.
  • Work with Regional Service Manager to ensure all aspects of health & safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Assist in preparing operational plans for services in conjunction with the Services Manager.
  • Monitor and support staffs case management ensuring that documentation is completed.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are carried out in accordance with the required timelines and procedures.
  • Effectively line manage the Senior Project Workers to ensure standardised practice in compliance with policies.
Person SpecificationEducation
  • NFQ Level 7 - Third Level accredited degree in Addiction Studies, Addiction Counselling or related field.
Mandatory
  • Two years' experience working within the drug and alcohol field.
  • Experience of working directly with service users.
  • Experience of the implementation and evaluation of care planning.
  • Experience in providing statistics and reports.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of work.
  • Experience in Line management Supervision and Performance appraisal
  • Accredited CRA therapist or working towards accreditation
  • Experience of group facilitation.
  • Experience of work in a Therapeutic Community.
