Job Overview

Our team is looking for a skilled Ad Optimisation Specialist to manage large-scale client campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisation techniques.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrates expertise in Search, Display, and Video advertising strategies.
  • Understands client campaign goals, data, and performance metrics.
  • Has experience with AdWords platform and stays up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to use relevant software tools: Google Docs, Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced).

Execution and Productivity Expectations

  • Works independently on assigned cases and meets deadlines.
  • Develops effective campaign strategies to support client objectives and implements them within the AdWords UI.
  • Adjusts work style to meet task requirements and client needs.
  • Communicates clearly with leads and clients about project progress and any delays.
  • Projects confidence and clear communication when speaking.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in AdWords and customer support.
  • Hands-on Google Ads (Google AdWords) experience is highly desirable (Certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of online Search advertising.
  • High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
