Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building strong personal relationships with prospects and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on strategic plans to build pipeline and drive new business opportunities
  • Prospect relentlessly to identify and pursue high-level business opportunities
  • Closed new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice to support their growth and development
  • Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to develop insights and share market intelligence

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
    • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
    • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
    • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
