Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

This role requires a seasoned professional to spearhead the compliance aspect of a large-scale finance system implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive alignment across diverse groups.

About the Role

This position is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination across multiple functions, regions, and stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex operational contexts, manage competing priorities, and foster a culture of accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the compliance workstream, aligned with overall program objectives.
  • Build relationships across finance, operations, and gain buy-in and commitment from diverse groups through clear, consistent communication.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders and delivery partners, managing across time zones and varying operational contexts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify potential control risks and ensure that compliance is built into business requirements and testing efforts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions around roadblocks, and drive resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the business in understanding and preparing for changes related to new processes, controls, and responsibilities.
