Technical Support Associate Job
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Norwegian and English, and have experience in a customer-facing support role.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and emails professionally.
- Offer first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions.
- Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines.
- Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing.
- Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints within key performance indicator targets for individuals, teams, and the organization.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A third-level certificate, diploma, or degree in any discipline is preferred (science, biomedical, medical transcription, healthcare, nursing, engineering).
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory.
- Desirable: Minimum one year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally.
