Customer Service Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Norwegian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Monitor and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.
- Deliver troubleshooting for customer issues across assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and complaints in line with company procedures.
- Communicate investigation results to customers via clear written reports and conversations.
- Resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and share expertise with colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in medical/clinical setting or customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints.
- Fluency in Norwegian essential.
