Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions according to company guidelines
- Communicating investigation outcomes to customers effectively
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering preferred)
- Call center or administrative experience accepted
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally
