Job Overview:

This role provides dedicated support in the areas of risk, governance, and compliance across the organisation.

  • Maintain accurate records for starters and leavers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Act as first-line support for user queries, escalating complex issues to senior management as required.
  • Monitor and report on incidents, identifying trends or areas of concern.
  • Maintain and update user guides and process documentation, promoting best practices.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support colleagues in effective system use.
  • Maintain timely updates and ensure accuracy in all records.
  • Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders to complete inspections, PAT testing, and reports.
  • Organise quarterly H&S meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
  • Coordinated Health & Safety activities with site representatives.
  • Serve as key contact for building-related H&S issues.
  • Assist in responding to GDPR requests.
  • Support regulatory filings and monitoring activities.
  • Track compliance with mandatory training.
  • Contribute to risk management processes and assurance reviews.
  • Occasional support to the EA to CEO as required.
  • Undertake other duties within the scope of the role to support operational effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative or coordinator experience in compliance, governance, or a regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Vi Clarity, Salesforce, or Decision Time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
  • Strong communication skills for confident liaison with colleagues and external providers.
