
Lines Support Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our business, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the PL team, assisting with the preparation and issuance of personal lines insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals, maintaining accurate client records, and responding to customer inquiries.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with providers, processing quotes, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will support the PL team in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings, monitor outstanding client requirements, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Other key duties will include assisting in the claims process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements, and participating in team meetings to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record in administration with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite essential
- Experience with Applied would be an advantage
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-player with strong attention to detail
