Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Administrator plays a vital role in managing the accounts payable function for multiple entities. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, setting up and maintaining creditor accounts, resolving queries related to invoices, ensuring approvals for payment, reconciling supplier accounts, making payments, and running aged creditors listings.

Key duties may include administrative tasks, filing, and executing other tasks as required by the Finance Team.

This role requires a minimum of one/two years' experience in an AP environment and proficiency in Excel (and other MS office modules). Experience working in a multi-entity environment and using automated accounts payable systems is preferred.
