Job Title: Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist

Overview
Enable Ireland is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in CHO6, Dublin South/South East. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in advanced and specialized interventions, with a focus on postural and motor management.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services, including advanced and specialized interventions, to support therapists, service users, and families in CHO6.

Leverage your clinical expertise to mentor and guide colleagues, while maintaining a comprehensive clinical caseload on the Children's Disability Network Team.

Engage in ongoing audits and relevant work-related research/evaluation projects, driving continuous improvement in your clinical field.


Requirements
The successful candidate will require:
  • Registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
  • Significant post-qualification clinical experience, with a strong focus on the required area of specialism
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence and expertise
  • Ongoing professional development and practice relevant to the required area of specialism
  • Proven accomplishment in clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, practice development, teaching, and research
  • Impressive knowledge and skills base suitable for the duties of the position
