About the Role

This position presents an opportunity to support employees through complex immigration, relocation, and tax processes. As a key member of the global mobility team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee mobility across EMEA and occasionally globally.

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate candidate immigration status and validate right to work.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees to provide guidance on mobility policies.
  • Coordinate with immigration, tax, and relocation vendors to ensure smooth processes and timely delivery.
  • Provide status updates and handle escalations with sound judgment.
  • Manage relocation lifecycles, service tickets, immigration data, and expense reviews.
  • Conduct pre-decision relocation assessments and other operational mobility tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to intercultural dynamics.
  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Show commitment to confidentiality and sound decision-making.
  • Bring at least 4 years of Global Mobility experience.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree preferred.
