About The Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our founding EMEA sales team.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, influencing our future product, and driving business revenue while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by educating contacts on the benefits of using Notion.
  • Engage in face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Deliver product demos to secure business deals at or above quota level.
  • Collaborate with our EMEA user base to provide exceptional customer support.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • A results-driven and proactive approach to building new business pipeline.
  • A proven track record of achieving high results in current and previous roles.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Nice to Haves:
  • Previous experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Direct sales experience plus experience selling through partners.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning.
