We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead strategic customer engagements in the telecommunications market.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts within the Irish telco sector, establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-value accounts and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute customer relationship plans that drive market share growth.
  • Lead project operations as Project Director or core team member, building robust pipelines and closing strategic deals.
  • Understand long-term customer strategies and pain points; influence customer requirements and identify strategic cooperation opportunities.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to foster long-term partnerships and expand market space through win-win initiatives.
  • Oversee complex project negotiations, transaction model design, and operational activities including dispute resolution and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formulate and execute dynamic sales strategies.
  • Success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Capability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Advanced understanding of telecommunications solutions and services.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
