Are you a motivated and experienced nurse looking for a leadership opportunity? We have an exciting role available for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 within our Children's Emergency Department at Children's Health Ireland.
The purpose of this role is to provide professional and clinical leadership to our nursing team. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient flow and resources, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to promote excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Patient Safety: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with 3 years in Children's Emergency Nursing. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
