">The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Premier Suites Property.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various aspects of front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities include guest services, staff supervision, facility management, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue management, and team management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing hotel role or related field, with supervisory experience beneficial.
Must have permission to work and be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving is essential, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, housekeeping, and reservations is required.
