The Role:

  • Minimum 3 years in an HR role, with experience in policy and procedural advice.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and adaptability, proficiency in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills, with a proactive approach.
