
Sales Growth Leader

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Responsibilities:
Source and win new business across all owned business segments.
Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to ensure that objectives are achieved in the Sales business plan.
Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
Adopt all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a similar position in hotels.
- Skills: Effective communicator, commercially aware with strong analytical skills and understand & identify business trends, Excellent organisation and planning skills, Sales focused and results driven, Strong negotiating skills, Ability to develop and build long lasting relationships through account management, and promote cross selling into Dalata hotel group.
