Job Overview

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team of Customer Operations Specialists, providing world-class support to customers of a global banking platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of COSs in line with company requirements.
  • You will ensure adherence to agreed processes and policies within the allocated team.
  • Motivate your team to provide best-in-class service by adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Contribute to positive Client Relationship development through operational intent and strong results-orientation.
  • Operate with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • Oversee team and individual performance through continuous engagement with Quality Analysts.
  • Carry out frequent targeted coaching based on issues/trends notified.
  • Ensure COSs receive all appropriate training.
  • Handle escalated queries, issues, or complaints effectively.
  • Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as necessary.
