This role is focused on delivering exceptional administrative support and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring excellence in client relationships.
- Account performance management - supporting in controlling costs, margin, and budget delivery
- General account administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate activities to ensure the field teams have what they need to do their roles effectively
- Process onboarding and offboarding of team members as required
- Client relationship management
- Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when necessary
- Preparation and distribution of client reports as per agreed contract timelines
- Analyzing reports to provide insights that help our sales teams and clients sell more products in the field/store
- Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations summarizing our sales team's performance
- Support the New Business Manager
- Digital mindset—applying technology to become more efficient and collaborative
- Previous experience in operations, reporting, or administrative roles is desirable
- Ability to perform well in a team environment
- Initiative and ability to work independently without supervision
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and project success
- Background or training in sales, business, or marketing is an advantage
