Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide exceptional support to clients on a full-time basis.

This role involves assisting clients over the phone, directing them to the most suitable service, and performing administrative tasks such as setting up client records and managing inbound calls.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with client queries, prioritizing risk calls, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, experience working in customer service, and the ability to handle potentially difficult calls due to risk or distress.

Additionally, you will require computer competency, specifically using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook/emails, as well as online platforms.

Problem-solving skills, self-management, and adaptability are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client support via phone
  • Manage client records and inbound calls
  • Deal with client, customer, and Affiliate queries
  • Prioritize risk calls and direct to appropriate support
  • Ensure completion of tasks within set SLAs

Requirements
