Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational management of global events, regional arenas, studios, and remote broadcast facilities.

The successful candidate will manage budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor relations for live events and studio operations, while improving workflows and documentation.

This role requires strong financial management skills in production contexts, as well as proven vendor partnership and documentation management skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing live event production operations, with a background in production accounting and experience with entertainment budget systems.

Key responsibilities include forecasting, vendor management, and cost negotiations, as well as developing and improving procedures, systems, and workflows between regional and global teams.

The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring compliance and providing insights to creative and production teams.

In addition, the role involves establishing and optimizing vendor SOPs, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and standardization.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in production and/or live events, with 6+ years as a Senior Operations Manager or similar senior role.

Desired qualifications include 10+ years of production experience, a background in production accounting, and experience with remote broadcast centers and large-scale Esports productions.

  • Lead forecasting, vendor management, and cost negotiations for production finance operations worldwide.
  • Develop and improve procedures, systems, and workflows between regional and global teams.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring compliance and providing insights to creative and production teams.
  • Establish and optimize vendor SOPs, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Oversee staffing, contingent workforce, and scheduling to meet operational needs.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in production and/or live events.
  • 6+ years as a Senior Operations Manager or similar senior role.
