
Support Specialist and Life Enrichment Coordinator

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Assistant Support Workers and Social Care Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users and contribute to enriching their experiences.
As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
As a Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our service users. You will work closely with our team to identify and address the needs of each individual, providing emotional support and guidance to promote their overall well-being.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing personal care and support to service users
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Identifying and addressing the needs of service users
To be successful in this role, you will require:
For Assistant Support Worker: No formal qualifications required; all necessary training will be provided.
For Social Care Worker: A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline is preferred; registration with CORU is mandatory.
Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for supporting people with complex needs.
