Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders (Business and IT) on the customer side.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on effective AI product use.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, particularly in the AI domain, is required.

Demonstrated strong emphasis on technical proficiency and relevant experience. Experience in Startup environments with Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies is very advantageous.

Meeting sales targets and effectively managing and closing enterprise deals are integral to this role.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that enable articulating technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
