Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Associate, Event Marketing is a pivotal position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branding and marketing efforts for events, reporting directly to the Vice President of Events.

This position requires a unique blend of creativity, design expertise, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in event marketing, branding, or a related field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging event booths that adhere to brand guidelines and captivate attendees.
  • Create and manage brand activations in collaboration with content, design, and digital teams.
  • Oversight of branded merchandise selection, design, and inventory to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Collateral management including brochures, flyers, and speaking cards to support event objectives.
  • Social media coordination to write, design, and share social media posts that promote events and drive engagement.
  • Invitation management including invitations, reminders, and thank-you emails.
  • Performance reporting to track and assess effectiveness of event marketing campaigns.
  • Post-event campaigns to nurture relationships with attendees and foster long-term engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event marketing, branding, or a related field.
  • Strong creative and design skills with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
