Highly Motivated Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven marketing professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of strategic events including speaker selection, venue identification and resource-planning.
  • Management of Strategic Networks within the organization including Alumni, Boardroom and other networks assigned.
  • Lead out on Marketing Campaigns with a focus on key sector areas.
  • Prepare detailed project plans for events and roundtables including clear recommendations and costings.
  • Deliver events that are commercially focused, relevant and unique creating engaging experiences for key buyer groups.
  • Optimise operational event management processes across platforms to introduce consistency and efficiency to event delivery model.
  • Manage assigned marketing campaigns to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with team members providing management and coaching to junior staff in delivering high quality event experiences.
  • Analyse and report on effectiveness of event activity through client feedback and analytics.
  • Work with wider team to optimise all aspects of event management process and align with commercial objectives.
  • Stay up to date with best-in-class industry and external event offerings using technology and leading-edge practices.
