Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist – Client Leadership & Campaign Execution

This role is designed to support the Operations Director in overseeing a team of professionals, including direct reports.

The successful candidate will lead strategic client relationships and drive large-scale experiential marketing campaigns for prominent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and collaboration.
  • Lead an account team, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Ensure seamless campaign delivery by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Represent the agency in new business pitches and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing or related fields with a focus on client leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and deliver commercial growth.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial and creative instincts.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of financial tracking and ROI analysis.
