Sales and Business Growth Specialist

About the Role
\As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist at Toptalent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
\You will effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients, assess their needs, and recommend tailored solutions. Your goal will be to identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace, facilitating meetings and calls between prospective clients and our sales team.
\To succeed in this role, you must have a native or fluent command of English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. You should be highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\A track record of achieving sales quotas is essential, as well as experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry. You should possess strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
\We are looking for a technologically adept individual with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts. You should also have demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
