About the Role

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Pe Global (Uk). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Customer Innovation Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our medical device client based in Galway.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal customers and interface with senior management.
  • First line of contact for both internal and external visitors.
  • Act as receptionist based in the Customer Innovation Centre to meet & greet employees visiting the site, and external visitors attending CIC events.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing for visitors to the Customer Innovation Centre, including managing security access cards, confirming appointments on the Visitors Safe Permit portal, and contacting the point of contact. You will also perform other administrative activities to support site leadership specific requests.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Level 6 qualification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have reception or office administration experience. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player who can work effectively and proactively on activities both individually and with others.
