Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and flexible individual to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner for EMEA markets. This role will be responsible for supporting industrial relations matters across EMEA, working closely with cross-functional partners and business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives;
  • Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters;
  • Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives;
  • Support industrial relations compliance needs;
  • Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation;
  • Lead specific industrial relations projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience;
  • Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA;
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to move fast and learn quickly, and comfortable in dealing with complex issues that do not have a clear solution.
