Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our operational strategy, drive productivity and efficiency, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach operations managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor actual performance against targets.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years manufacturing experience, preferably at production management level, within a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent essential.

  • Proven track record of achieving business results through effective planning and execution.
