Healthcare Professional Required for Day Centre

Our client is seeking a qualified Healthcare Professional to work in their Day Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Deliver person-centred care to patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and progress.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.


Requirements:\

  • Qualification: RPN (Registered Psychiatric Nurse) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant certifications.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
