We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Commercial Support Lead. This position plays a pivotal part in our Sales Division, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients.
About the Position- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and empowering teams to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
- They will partner with the Account Director to ensure seamless operational delivery for multiple accounts.
- The successful individual will standardise processes and embed service excellence across all accounts.
- Key to this role is the ability to mentor and coach team members to enhance their confidence, capability, and performance.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience in client services, account management, or operations, accompanied by strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive communicator who can effectively engage with cross-functional teams and support the Account Director with budget monitoring, cost efficiency, and accurate P&L reporting is required.
